Over the years, Konica Minolta has strengthened its portfolio through strategic acquisitions, partnering with industry leaders to enhance our capabilities and deliver exceptional value.  

These include numerous acquisitions in the U.S. to expand our IT services, notably purchasing All Covered (2011) for managed IT, expanding with regional IT provider SymQuest (2015) and acquiring security firms such as Depth Security (2019) and Force Security Solutions (2023). 

Many smaller companies acquired over the years have been absorbed into the All Covered and BlueIrisIQ divisions. These integrations have provided access to advanced technologies and expanded solutions, ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our customers.
